According to the declaration of vice-mayors of the two cities, Debrecen and Kecskemét contract an agreement of cultural cooperation. They will organize concerts and exhibitions together, but the cooperation is extended on “swapping” of band and groups.
The agreement will be signed first in Debrecen on 20 August (on the Flower Carnival, of course), then in two days, in Kecskem
