17 young researchers from Debrecen have won the Research Scholarship of Hungarian Academy of Sciences. This result of University of Debrecen was only overtaken by Eötvös Loránd University.
The scholarship can be given for researchers under 45 to patronize the performance in their researching work. Researchers can apply for creating a scientific workpiece or some creature equivalent to that, for help gaining a scientific degree, or for creating a technical construction.
The applications were considered by an independent and autonomous Advisory Board set up by the President of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.
