After the Public Arbitration Decision Committee had declared that the Institute of Nuclear Research of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (ATOMKI) chose an invalid offer to be the winner of the tender on renovation of their building, the same happened again.
The tender was applied by 2 companies. The institute excluded one of them at the beginning, declaring the other to be the winner. But this decision was attacked by the previously excluded company, so the whole process should have been repeated. But as we mentioned, everything happened in the same way, as in the first progress, and the Committee was not indulgent any more: they imposed as much as 500,000 HUF fine on hte ATOMKI.
