The Crime Department of the Debrecen Police Prefecture started an investigation against unknown perpetrators because of theft offences.
The picture below shows the two unknown men against whom legal proceeding started. On 18 September between 10 pm. and 11.30 pm. they stole two bicycles (a Scwinn Csepel Cruser and a Csepel Bosch) from the bicycle storage in Debrecen Plaza after they had cut the chains off them. They caused 117.800 HUF damage to the owners.
