The operator of Titkok kertje (“Garden of Secrets”) store has been sentenced for one year in prison (suspended for two years).
According to the judgement, the men was selling tools and equipment that were practical for growing and producing drugs. As the jury said, those tools found in the store can even be used for growing tomatoes or orchids, yet they are typically used in marihuana cultivation.
The sentence is not final yet, the man and his lawyear will appela to the next level of Hungarian court.
