Dubai-Hungarian business incubator is being built in Debrecen. The foundation stone of WX Development Group was laid down last Friday.
After 5 years of preparation, XANGA Investment & Development Group and the United Arab Emirati financial holding company WDubai based in Dubai founded WX Development Group in Debrecen. The company is the symbol of the long-term cooperation of the Hungarian and the Dubai partners. The Emirati company is planning further industrial and service infrastructure developments in Debrecen in the upcoming years.
“The business incubator being built now deals with technology transfer and 40 % of it is already held. The building that is suitable for creating logistics, manufacturing and service offices will offer 200 new workplaces.” – explained István Herdon, director-owner of XANGA. In connection with the Debrecen investment Abdullah Ahmed, director of WDubai Group stressed that they were the first Dubai investors in an area which – as he said – has huge touristic potentials. He expressed his hope that the present cooperation would be a long-term one and that other Emirati entrepreneurs would also be encouraged to start enterprises in Debrecen and its vicinity.
