The afternoon is hot and sunny in Debrecen. It’s hard to imagine that a storm is going to hit the city soon. But this is what the forecasts say.
There are intense showers, rain storms in many parts of the country right now. In a settlement in Baranya County, a mud avalanche triggered by the heavy rain is causing problems.
Cloud-bursts, hail showers and strong wind can be expected in some places. In the Debrecen region, the temperatures are not expected to drop significantly but in the next few days, the storm activity will be intense.
