On Tuesday afternoon, a Hungarian Vizsla landed on the head of an elderly man after falling from the fifth floor of a block of flats.The police initiated proceedings for disturbing the peace because it’s possible that it was the owner who threw the 15-kilogram animal out of the window. Both the by-passer and the dog suffered minor injuries. The owner, a 30-year old woman, was taken to the psychiatry.
