The defendant was accused with forcibly and continuously committed rape against a child younger than 12 in his care. The first instance decision wasn’t changed by the Debrecen Court of Appeal: 8 years in prison and prohibition from public affairs for 8 years.
The horrible incident happened back in 2008. The then only 7-year old girl was molested by Csaba B. who is the victim’s half-brother. He told her that she must not speak to anyone about whatever happened between them. A testimony revealed that Csaba B. rubbed his genitals against the little girl’s genitals. His last words in court were denials of having done anything wrong. He said he adored his half-sister and could not do anything that harms her and that he himself condemned pedophilia.
