Children who are interested in history can learn about arms and the lifestyle of the men of the Middle Ages.
A special educational, as well as entertaining camp in Tímárház is waiting the inquisitive children. The plan of the traditionalist institution is to bring closer the national traditions and Hungarian History to the children.
The attendants of the camp will get to know the lifestyle of Hungarian ancestors, their manner of battling, religion and costumes. They can try out the specific arms that were used in the XIV century. Besides they can participate in handicraft programs where they can learn the basics of carving, claying and leathering.
The camp is led by an initiated expert, Sándor Horváth, leader of the Traditionalist Military Tournament Association of Zsongvölgy; he will introduce the exciting chapters of Hungarian history and interesting traditions to the attending children.
The camp is scheduled between 30th July and 3rd August, from 7.30 am to 5 pm in Tímárház.
