On Friday (9th November) afternoon at 18. Street Batthyány there will be two programmes concerning our two famous Hungarian writers, Gyula Illyés and István Örkény.
From 4:30 p.m. the students of the Reformed College of Debrecen will have a presentation about the works of István Örkény, while from 5:00 p.m. Endre Bakó, literary historian will have a lecture on the connections between Gyula Illyés and the city of Debrecen.
