Thanks to the co-operation of the Police and Counter Terrorism Centre, the perpetrators of the robbery series of Hajdúböszörmény were caught.
14 robberies were committed, from March 2012 to December 2012 in Hajdúböszörmény. The perpetrators broke into old people’s houses, frightened them and robbed jewels and cash; the total value of the robberies is more than 3 million HUF.
On 15 January 5 suspected were taken to the Police Captaincy, on 24 January the 6th perpetrator was also caught.
The perpetrators are 20-30 years old men. A procedure was initiated against them on the reasonable suspicion of armed robbery.
