Viktor Orbán, Prime Minister of Hungary, sent a massage to the mayors that the prize-money they have received earlier has to be paid back.Two vice-mayors are concerned in Debrecen; 2,6 Million HUF was given to Zoltán Pajna and 1,5 Million HUF was given to Béla Somogyi. László Papp, vice-mayor had donated the received money, 1 Million net, to two foundations before the massage was sent.
