New trams arrive soon to Debrecen.
The contract for the 18 new trams was signed with the Spanish company, CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) in October 2011.
The prototype arrives to Debrecen at the end of May.
Each tram could carry 221 passengers and will be air-conditioned.
