Two men broke into apartment houses on Kemény Zsigmond Street, Debrecen on 14 June.
The burglars have stolen tools, copper wires and other values from the basements of the houses.
The two perpetrators, 26 and 24 years old, were taken into detention, and procedures were initiated against them on the reasonable suspicion of theft.
