The French lieutenant, Anthony Coquard came to Debrecen to learn the Hungarian system and to share his experiences.
The lieutenant, who is a student of the Ecoles de Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan Academy, spends four weeks in Debrecen; he is hosted by the 5th Bocskai István Riflemen Brigade of the Hungarian Defense Force.
