The first traffic accident of the new tramline happened this afternoon in Debrecen.
A car collided with a CAF tram between the DAB and Dienes László Gimnázium tram stops a few minutes after 2 pm. Kamilla Plasztán-Kopcsa, spokeswoman of the Hajdú-Bihar Central Police Station spoke about the accident that has one injured person.
According to the available information, the driver wanted to turn from Thomas Mann Utca towards Jerikó Utca and he/she did not notice the coming tram.
