A new office building is to be constructed at the junction of Hunyadi Utca and Péterfia Utca, Debrecen.
The owner received the license yesterday so the building of the new office block could start on Friday. The old buildings at the corner of the Péterfia Utca and Hunyadi Utca are in very bad condition; they will be totally demolished.
The future Parisian Park will have offices on 300 m2 and shops on 500 m2. According to the plans, the construction is to be finished by the end of June 2015.
