Seven people died in two days in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County.
There were two fatal traffic accidents in two days near Nyíregyháza, both of them happened early in the morning.
On 8 June a Romanian car collided frontally with an autobus in Győrtelek; all the five passengers of the car were killed in the accident.
On 9 June a Hungarian car bumped into a lamppost in Biri; a 32 year old mother and her 13 year old daughter died immediately.
Do not drive tired! From 2004 to 2010, almost one in seven fatalities were as a result of fatigue related crashes. It is important to recognise the warning signs of fatigue and take appropriate action. If you know you’ll be tired, plan ahead and arrange alternative transport.
