A common house martin (Delichon urbicum) was taken to the Hortobágy Bird Hospital this morning.
Probably a dog or a cat has attacked the little bird that managed to flee after all. At first, it seemed that the bird’s whole wing was torn down, but after the examinations it turned out that the upper arm, the lower arm and the carpal bones are unharmed.
