The city has started to prepare for Christmas. There will be a number of Christmas lights and decorations this year throughout the town.
Debrecen started to decorate the city centre after the 10th of October. There will be Christmas lights and decorations from Kossuth square to Petőfi square, on Kálvin square, behind the Great Church, on Szent Anna, Darabos, Burgundia, Sumen and Simonffy streets. Hal köz, Kismacs, Nagymacs, Bánk and Józsa will also be decorated this year.
Traditional Christmas tree of the town and the special LED tree on Piac street will also be installed in December.
