In the morning of 20 August, more than 1000 cyclists were cycling through the city center, indicating that the 48th Debrecen Flower Carnival has begun.
This morning, fourteen flower cars were processing from the railway station to the Nagyerdei Stadium. More than 100.000 cut flowers, from which 500.000 were brought from Denmark, and tons of dried flowers were used to decorate the cars.
