Record breaking warm weather was reported in Drávaszabolcs, Hungary on 12 December.
According to the Hungarian Meteorology Service, the highest temperature was 18,8 Celsius degrees in Drávaszabolcs on 12 December 2017. Earlier, the record was 17,2 Celsius that was reported in 1994 in Bácsalmás.
Weather forecasts say that a cooldown comes on Wednesday. The lowest temperatures will be 0-7 Celsius degrees and the highest will be 2-7 Celsius degrees.
