Jaguar (Panthera onca) twins were born at the Nyíregyháza Sóstó Zoo. One of the twins is yellow, while the other is black.
The two babies were born after 103 days of gestation. Jaguar pairs separate after mating, and females provide all parenting. The mother does not tolerate the presence of males after the birth of cubs, given a risk of infanticide.
