Debrecen Zoo’s recent baby boom has continued with the birth of a Jackass penguin, the other new born is a Mantled guereza! They are both doing well and enjoy being pampered 24/7.
Animals’ Christmas at Debrecen Zoo is one of the closest event to our heart. This year we are making it a longer lasting memory. Between 27-30 December, visitors are warmly welcomed to celebrate it with the Zoo staff. During the guided walks, animals including the tigers and meerkats, are given festive treats. For Kids, Christmas is still around with free Children’s Corner, Railway and Donkey Carriage!
