The Hungarian Meteorology Service has issued weather alerts for the Eastern and for the Western parts of the country.
Snowing: Yellow alert was issued for Békés, Hajdú-Bihar and Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg counties.
Snowdrift: Yellow alert was issued for Baranya, Fejér, Győr-Moson-Sopron, Komárom-Esztergom, Somogy, Tolna, Vas, Veszprém and Zala counties.
Weather forecast says that the lowest temperatures will be between -6 and -1 Celsius degrees, and the highest will be around -1 and 4 Celsius degrees.
There will be snow, sleet and wind on Wednesday. Precipitation is not expected on Thursday.
