Thyssenkrupp factory almost finished

German company thyssenkrupp Spring & Stabilizers is building a new factory in Debrecen; more than half of the construction work is finished.

The investment costs 35 million Euros and it means that there will be 250 new jobs in the city.

Marc De Bastos Eckstein, CEO of thyssenkrupp Presta Hungary Ltd. says that the factory is to be finished by this summer and production is about to start this year.

thyssenkrupp group has more than 1000 employees in the country. They are working in car industry, in elevator technology and in steel trade. The company has a software development center in Budapest. There are more than 500 engineers working in the Hungarian office since 1999.
