The Hungarian Red Cross holds its annual food donation on 7-8 December in two supermarkets in Debrecen, Tesco on Kishegyesi Út and Tesco on Mikepércsi Út.
The purpose of the action is to collect 50 thousand kilograms of non-perishable foods, like canned food, pasta, flour and sweets. The donated food will be given to almost 10 thousand families in need.
Besides these, there is another donating point in Debrecen that is waiting for donations until 21 December; Auchan hypermarket on Kishatár Út.
