From August 10 onwards, the Debrecen Zoo will be the first Hungarian zoo to offer English guided tours with no pre-registration required, in order to cater for our international audience.
Available in Hungarian ever since the Zoo’s opening in 1958, 1-to-1.5-hour-long zoo tours feature experienced zookeepers as guides, providing you with firsthand knowledge and behind-the-scenes fun facts on the wonderful world of some 900 individuals of 170 species from all five continents.
English guided tours are available from this Saturday (August 10) onwards for a price of 10,000 HUF per group.
