A bus caught fire in Debrecen, at the bus stop on Vincellér Street, on Tuesday night. The fire was extinguished by the driver until firefighters arrived at the scene.
Early in the evening, a fire broke out in the engine room of a bus on Vincellér Street in Debrecen. Only the driver was on the bus, so he extinguished the flames with a hand-held fire extinguisher. The professional firefighters at the county seat carried out the work with a jet of water. The bus driver was transported to the hospital by the ambulance service, the county disaster management said.
