The Semsey Castle in Balmazújváros will reopen from May 11

The Semsey Andor Museum in the castle will reopen to visitors from May 11, the municipality of Balmazújváros has announced.

Due to safety reasons, some restrictions have been introduced. Accordingly, only people with a security certificate and minors under their supervision are accepted.

Admission to the museum and the Tourinform Office is subject to the presentation of a security certificate and a photo ID. Failure to do so may result in being denied entry. Hand disinfection and the use of a mask are still mandatory for visitors.

The museum welcomes visitors from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm. Currently, the permanent exhibition can be visited, proportionally, they can accommodate 15 people at a time. In the temporary exhibitors, 20 people can stay at the same time.

Museum pedagogical sessions will be suspended until further notice. The Tourinform Office is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and on Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm.
