On the long weekend of Pentecost, a Church Fair will be held again in Debrecen at 2-4. Leány street.
On May 22nd (Saturday) from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., those who are interested can again choose from excellent products from local producers and artisans, and additional background programs will be held at the morning fair.
The main goal of the program is to get the rural producers’ goods directly to customers with the help of the church, without shops or merchants. For the first time, hundreds visited the event and bought freshly baked bread, smoked meats, eggs, pasta, syrup, jam, or even artisanal chocolate.
On 22nd May, visitors of the fair can listen to the playing of the classical guitar graduates of the Faculty of Music of the University of Debrecen, and in the handicraft corner the customers can choose from various soaps, mandalas, textile and ceramic products.
