The Clinical Center of the University of Debrecen will quadruple the number of vaccination sites for the vaccination action week starting on Monday. From November 22-28, the Outpatient Care Center at Bethlen Street will be waiting for those who want to be vaccinated against the coronavirus with or without an appointment.
Instead of the current 10, there will be 40 vaccination sites during the vaccination action week at the Outpatient Care Center on Bethlen Street, where those intending to be vaccinated will be received daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., November 22-28. The vaccination action week announced by the government aims to further increase vaccination coverage and curb the epidemic. Hospitals across the country are waiting for those who have not been vaccinated and even those who want to take a second or third vaccination with increased vaccination capacity.
During the vaccination action week, you can arrive at vaccination points with or without an appointment, where five types of vaccines are available: Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Janssen, and Sinopharm.
The government portal koronavirus.gov.hu draws attention to the fact that the most important thing is for the unvaccinated to take the vaccine as soon as possible because the delta virus mutant that is now spreading can cause them the most dangerous and serious illness. Less than 1% of vaccinated people become ill, compared to ten times that of those who are unvaccinated, according to experts.
