Concentrations of coronavirus hereditary material in wastewater are rising again, the National Center for Public Health (NNK) said.

The concentration of coronavirus hereditary material in wastewater “again shows a slight increase compared to the national average”. Among the examined cities, an increasing trend can be seen in the case of Debrecen, Nyíregyháza, Salgótarján, Székesfehérvár, Tatabánya, and Zalaegerszeg, while in Szombathely there is a slight decrease – they wrote.

They added that the concentration of coronavirus hereditary material in 13 sampling sites can be classified as “moderate” and in 9 settlements as “elevated”.
