Due to technical reasons, the notification e-mails about purchases through the dkvejegy.hu interface are not received at the e-mail address provided by the customer – DKV warns, but they add that, despite this, the purchase was presumably still successful.
As they say, if the passengers receive the notification of successful payment from the Simple Pay system, it already means a successful purchase. The travel entitlement was recorded by DKV Zrt.
Customers registered on the dkvejegy.hu interface can check whether they managed to buy the April pass in the “My previous purchases” menu item.
By the way, it is also possible to query the travel authorization through the “Validity check” menu item of the smart stops. For this, the ID number must be entered.
