A van and a car collided on Thursday morning near Püspökladány.
The driver of the van was able to get out of the vehicle, but the two people traveling in the car were trapped in the wreckage.
The professional firefighters of Püspökladány freed the driver of the vehicle with tension cutters and handed him over to the ambulance service, but they were unable to help the injured person who was traveling next to him, he died on the spot – confirmed Thursday’s tragic news.
How the two vehicles collided is still unclear.
