Kindergarteners from Újkerti Manófalva Kindergarten celebrated World Animal Day at Arbo Farm. They went on a trip to the forest wilderness, where they got to know the inhabitants of the Arbo Tanya Animal Farm.
On the farm, the children met many native Hungarian animals. To their great delight, they were able to pet some of the “little residents” as well as feed goats and bunnies.
The love and care of animals cannot be learned from books. On the experiential trip, the children got to know the animals through direct experience and acquired knowledge, values and behaviors that prepare them for the protection of nature and the love of animals. Shared experiences on bus trips strengthen community relations and the feeling of belonging.
