The Hungarian Defence Forces’ Gripen jets will conduct afternoon and evening training exercises on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, as announced by the Kecskemét-based MH vitéz Szentgyörgyi Dezső 101st Air Brigade on their social media page.
According to the announcement, pilots will carry out their flight tasks on October 21, 22, and 24 between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. These exercises are essential for maintaining their qualifications and ensuring continuous airspace defense.
During the exercises, residents in the areas of Kecskemét, Szolnok, Eger, Debrecen, Miskolc, Mezőkövesd, Tiszafüred, Szigetvár, Nagyatád, Kadarkút, Kaposvár, Veszprém, Várpalota, and Hajmáskér can expect higher than usual noise levels and sound effects.
