DVSC SCHAEFFLER, the DVSC Handball Academy, and Schaeffler Debrecen are jointly collecting non-perishable food items for families in need.
As in previous years, the Debrecen handball players have joined the “Blue Bucket” campaign organized by the Dorcas Service Foundation. The Christmas non-perishable food drive started on November 22nd. Donations of sugar, flour, canned goods, cooking oil, sweets, spices, and pasta are being collected. Dorcas aims to fill 2,000 blue buckets with donations, which would help 1,300 people in need in Debrecen and its surroundings, according to dvsckezilabda.hu.
The collected non-perishable food items will be handed over to the Dorcas Service before Christmas.
