The new service vehicles were ceremonially handed over in Debrecen on November 27th. At the event, Brigadier General Dr. József Gyurosovics, head of the Hajdú-Bihar County Police Department, expressed his gratitude to the Debrecen City Council and the BMW Group.
He emphasized that the primary responsibilities of the police are maintaining public safety, preventing crime, and protecting citizens. The four new vehicles, equipped with special lights and sirens, will greatly aid in fulfilling these duties.
These patrol cars will be deployed in public order and traffic policing operations at the Debrecen Police Department.
“These are more than just vehicles; they symbolize safety and will help us perform our duties even more effectively,” the general stated.
