The Hungarian Ministry of National Development has ordered an authorized inspection, because various items were stolen from luggages at the Budapest Airport.
The spokesperson of the Budapest Airport says that luggage thievery is quite rare at the airport, however even only one case is unacceptable.
According to the ministry, the inspection concerns the security measures taken by the airport as well as the subcontractors. The results are expected at the beginning of this spring.
The arrangements were suggested by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea to Hungary.
