Placido Domingo, the world-famous Spanish tenor, also known as the “King of the Opera”, one of the members of the Three Tenors, has become a shareholder of Virtuosos Holding Ltd.
Fulwell 73, a producer of such famous TV shows as Carpool Karaoke, Drop the Mic, Sounds Like Friday Night, The Late Late Show and Roast Battle, now has got the Virtuoso’s license to create an international version of the show.
Virtuózok has revolutionized the Hungarian classical music scene and made the genre known and loved for a wider audience. Due to the show, which is currently one of the most popular series of the Hungarian TV channel Duna Television, young artists have become real stars. As a result, the number of candidates for music school training has increased, and the best-known and most successful contestants have been given the opportunity to play in the world’s most prestigious play rooms, including the New York Carnegie Hall stage.
