Marking the day of Polish-Hungarian friendship, Polish President Adrzej Duda highlighted in a letter to Hungarian President János Áder the common history and values that Poland and Hungary share.
Events marking this year’s anniversary were to have been held in both countries, including in Csepel in Budapest, but had to be cancelled due to the novel coronavirus epidemic, a statement said. Next year’s events will be held in Bochnia, in southern Poland, it added.
