A large amount of fresh snow fell today at dawn in the Bükk Mountains, several roads are closed due to falling trees and falling branches.
The snow layer is about 15, 20cm and it starts to thicken from a height of 500 meters, and above 700 meters the mountain roads are impassable to reach and the circumstances are life-threatening.
Fallen trees completely block the roadway in certain areas, the branches crackle almost constantly. Most of the snow will melt in the afternoon. As the snow is unsuitable for sports and sledding, but the forest is life-threatening, we warn everyone not to try to get to Bánkút.
