Prosecution: the policewoman was not raped

National

According to a police report, the prosecutor’s office ordered the investigation of sexual violence, coercion in official proceedings, illegal data acquisition and misuse of office, as well as the misconduct of the use of false private documents.

According to the policewoman, during her three-day border police service, she was stunned by two colleagues, with the material was stolen from drugs seized by a third partner, and then both of them raped.

The woman alleges that the perpetrators took a video of the incident, which was posted on the internet and on a messaging app, along with footage of the cameras placed above her bed in the police barracks and in the shower. She learned all this from a colleague two months later, who showed her the video and shared it with her. She also said that one of the rapists had told her about the details of the crime – he was threatening to kill her if she told anyone about it – and added that two other colleagues beside her had been “taken care of”.

The evidence obtained during the extensive investigation clearly refuted all of the complainant’s allegations. She modified what was said several times, was unable to substantiate it and became embroiled in contradictions.

One of the perpetrators named by the policewoman was hundreds of miles away at the time of the alleged crime and did not even speak to the colleague from whom he allegedly learned of the incident. The video referred to does not exist, nor is there any trace of the content concerning the police officer in the police messaging application. According to expert investigations, there were no material residues on the seat covers of the police vehicle used during the service and on the woman’s clothing. According to the results of the investigation, the policewoman did not have a camera in her living environment, her superiors’ attached written report was not falsified, and no other women indicated that their colleagues had committed a violent crime to their detriment.

According to the statement of the prosecutor’s office, it can be stated beyond a shadow of a doubt that the police officer was not raped by her colleagues and no other crime was committed to her detriment.
