Concentrations of coronavirus hereditary material are rising again in some municipalities, the National Center for Public Health (NNK) said on its website on Tuesday.
It was written that among the examined cities there is an increasing trend in Budapest, Békéscsaba, Eger, Székesfehérvár, Szolnok, Szombathely, and Zalaegerszeg.
Almost half of the sampling points were characterized by stagnation, while in the settlements around Budapest – Tököl, Biatorbágy, Szigetszentmiklós, Budakeszi, and Százhalombatta -, in Pécs and Veszprém, the decline continued. It was added that the concentration of coronavirus hereditary material in the majority of sampling sites is in the “elevated” range.
In Debrecen, the concentration of hereditary material has increased and is currently stagnant.
The NNK is asking those who have not yet been vaccinated against the coronavirus to do so, and those who have received their second vaccination more than four months ago should take the opportunity to receive the booster dose.
