Hungary’s ruling Fidesz party on Wednesday said its website had been brought down by international hackers. Fidesz’s website has been hacked by unidentified perpetrators, rendering it inaccessible, the party said in a statement.
The attack has brought down one of Fidesz’s key communications channels right at the tail end of the campaign, “making it an obvious interference into the election”, the party said. “The left really is using every means possible to silence opinions that side with peace and security,” they added.
