The weather will turn rainy by the end of the week: more rain can be expected in the west and less in the east, and then on Sunday it will become increasingly cloudy, and the cloudiness will decrease. The temperature will remain mild, the highest daytime temperature is expected to be between 11 and 18 degrees, and there is still no need to expect frost at night – according to the national medium-term forecast of the National Meteorological Service, which was delivered to MTI.
On Friday, the clouds will continue to thicken from the west, and we can expect overcast weather in most parts of the country, more or less – mainly filtered – sunshine can only occur in the eastern regions. A precipitation zone will arrive from the northwest and west, which will slowly move eastward during the day, and is expected to reach the Tisza line by late evening. While there is little chance of precipitation in the east, a significant amount may also fall in Western Transdanubia. The wind turns from the southeast, east, and then from the late afternoon to the northwest, accompanied by lively, sometimes strong gusts. The highest daytime temperature is between 12 and 20 degrees, we can expect higher values in the South-Eastern Plain.
On Saturday morning, in morning, the clouds will temporarily break in the western and central areas, and then it will be very cloudy and overcast again everywhere. Rain and showers are expected in several places. The wind from the south and southeast turns to the northwest in more and more directions, it intensifies in many places, and there may be strong, stormy gusts in Transdanubia. In the morning, the temperature will be around 7, 13, and in the early afternoon around 11, 17 degrees.
On Sunday, the sky will be heavily cloudy at the beginning, but it will break up more and more and the clouds will decrease. In the central counties and most of Transdanubia, the sky will remain heavily cloudy over a large area. Rain is expected in more places in the eastern part of the country in the morning, but in fewer and fewer places, in the afternoon there can only be occasional precipitation. The north, northeast wind is mainly accompanied by strong gusts in Transdanubia. In the morning, we can usually measure 4, 11, and in the early afternoon 13, 18 degrees, but it can be a few degrees colder in more permanently cloudy regions.
