The weather will be changeable this weekend

Overcast weather is expected on Friday, then on Saturday afternoon the clouds will thin out and the temperature will rise, up to 17 degrees Celsius, and then the temperature will start to drop again on Sunday. The night frosts will disappear, but the wind may be strong and stormy in some places during the weekend, according to the national medium-term forecast of the National Meteorological Service.

On Friday, it will be very cloudy or overcast, only minor breaks and shorter sunny periods are likely. Scattered, smaller rain may occur in the southwestern parts of the country with the least chance. The southwest and west winds are sometimes accompanied by strong gusts. The highest daytime temperature is between 6 and 14 degrees.

On Saturday, the sky will be mostly cloudy in the first half of the day, in the second half the clouds will thin out and break up in larger and larger areas, but there may also remain heavily cloudy areas. Sporadic rain and showers are likely, especially in the northeastern half or two-thirds of the country. The southwest, west, and then temporarily the northwest wind is accompanied by strong, sometimes stormy gusts in many places. The minimum temperature is between 2 and 8, and the maximum is between 11 and 17 degrees.

Mostly cloudy weather is likely on Sunday, and cloud transitions should be expected from the second half of the day. In the southwest, rain and showers may occur sporadically in some places, and snow may fall in the mountains in the northeast in the evening. The southwest and then northwest winds will strengthen in many places and may become stormy in some places. The lowest night temperature is expected to be between 1 and 9 degrees. The highest daytime temperature is between 9 and 15 degrees.
