On Sunday, a warm front arrived in our country from the west, the light air of which “glided over” the cold air masses that settled in our country. This situation leads to the formation of precipitation, which fell in the form of snow in the northern part of the country on the last day of last week, and sleet in the southern regions. The front already passed over us on Monday, and in the next few days we will experience warm, but changeable weather, meteorologist László Molnár, an employee of kiderul.hu told the press.
On Tuesday, we can experience 3-6 and 11-12 degrees. However, on Tuesday afternoon, a western cyclone will arrive, which will slowly move eastward: by Wednesday, it will bring intense precipitation across the country, and rain everywhere due to the heat.
It will be 2-9 degrees in the early afternoon, and the temperature will not drop below freezing even on Wednesday night, the thermometers will show 2-7 degrees even in the coldest morning. The cyclone will leave on Thursday, at which point we can expect precipitation only in the east. As the clouds move away, the sun shines more and more often, but “in return” we can experience cooling again. By the weekend, drier weather is expected with temperature conditions typical of mid-December, i.e. -1, -6 degrees at night and 1-6 degrees in the afternoon.
